Dear General Manager: This letter is intended to express our appreciation for the service Peter gave us on August 6, 2012. Peter was professional and courteous and he fixed our computer problem with ease. He explained why we had the problems and how we could avoid them in the future. He was thorough and conscientious and we felt completely at ease having in our home. Just saying ‘thank you’ to him did not seem adequate because he was so clearly above and beyond what we expected, hence this letter.
