Can I fix a MacBook hardware problem on my own?
You certainly can. But we don’t recommend it unless you know what you’re doing. It can be very easy to damage your MacBook during repairs if you don’t have the skill or experience. If you would rather us do it for you, we’re here to help.
Are hardware repairs expensive?
Some repairs are more expensive than others. Every case is different. Once you tell us your problem, we’ll give you a list of possible causes and how much it would cost to fix it. If we find later that repairing your MacBook would cost more than we thought, we will call you and ask for approval before we do any further work on it. You know, unlike those other guys.
