Most people in Fresno and in the rest of the United States in fact, access the internet via a technology called Wi-Fi. Chances are that you’ve heard of it – it’s become the default sticker for coffee shops to have on their windows. It was first set as a standard for accessing the internet back in 1997, and since then, it has spread to pretty much every corner of our nation and most of the modern world.

Even in Fresno, where we pretty much exemplify the modern world *ahem* we still have our fair share of problems with our wireless internet. First, we get to deal with routers that seemed like a good deal when we bought them, but then we found out differently when they fell apart.  We found even when you are in the middle of replacing those old routers with a new, better one or any number of other issues. Troubleshooting can be a long process.

So let the professionals take care of it! We have been doing this for years, and we love to do it. Wireless internet need troubleshooting? We’re great at that. Plus, we always give free estimates. That way, we will take a look at your computer, tell you what’s wrong with it, and before we do any work or charge you anything, we’ll tell you up front how much it will cost. You remain in control of your computer and the decisions made about it.

We’re right here in Fresno, so if you just want to come by and talk to us about wireless internet troubleshooting, we can do that too. We just want to be your friends who know computers. So don’t worry about talking to us any time you want to know something. We’re always here for you!
