Why does my printer say offline?

The most common cause of this issue is missing drivers. The drivers are required for the computer to know that the printer exists. Without drivers, or with the wrong ones, the computer has no way to communicate with the printer. In its mind, it isn’t even real.

Why does my printer not print?

If your drivers are up to date, any number of problems could keep your printer from functioning properly. You can try replacing the ink cartridges, cleaning the print heads, or turning it off and back on again
