Thank you letter from the Nerds On Call customer 10

To manager/owner This thank you is in regards to a service call that was done on January 17, 2011 by Seth. I want to let you know what a great employee you have. Seth explained every thing he was doing waited for hours because of our slow computer and was friendly and very capable of what he was doing. In the future I will highly recommend your company and especially Seth to my family and friends. I believe Seth should get a good size raise and extra praise.
